Walking into town to grab a bite for lunch today, I found myself behind an Admissions tour, led by a student tour guide. Had you been there, you would have observed the following exchange:

Tour Guide: Our alumni are CRAZY!

Me: Hey! Watch it!

Tour Guide: ...um, about Oberlin! Crazy about Oberlin! They love this place! And we love them!

Me: Good save.

Fin.

I laughed all the way back to my office. Mostly because when I was a student, I thought alums were crazy too.

It's good to be back here.
